Jackson Physician Search is assisting a physician-led community hospital in Texas in recruiting a dynamic Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume service line. The practice is housed in a brand-new specialty clinic with turnkey opportunities and the potential to develop sub-specialties.

The role offers a 4.5-day work week, with 2 blocked OR days and 2.5 clinic days, plus a guaranteed Year 1 base and quality metrics, wRVU bonuses, a sign-on, and relocation support.

A physician-led community hospital in Texas is searching for a dynamic Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, high-volume service line.

Practice in a 93-bed, Not-For-Profit, Level IV trauma facility in a community with a catchment area of over 100,000 and no competition.

Practice Opportunity:

• Practice in a brand-new specialty clinic that opened in October 2026
• Turnkey Orthopedics Practice with opportunity to develop sub-specialty practice.
• Immediate referrals from an established network of 25 providers.
• 4.5 Work Week - 2 blocked OR days of surgery and 2.5 days in the clinic.
• $810,000 YR 1 Guarantee - Base Salary + Quality Bonus + wRVU Production + Sign-On Bonus
• Fully benefited position, including 6 weeks of PTO, generous sign-on, and relocation.
