Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.

• Experience in patient care and nursing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation and interview.
• Evaluate patient’s response and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts and records confidentially and accurately.
• Document ongoing status, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner.
