Job summary

Texas Hand and Arm Center, a surgeon-owned private practice in North Dallas, is seeking a hand and upper extremity surgeon. This 100% elective hand surgery role offers a fully integrated care model with on-site surgery and a six-therapist team.

You will join a thriving practice with a clear path to partnership, a supportive staff, and a focus on high-quality patient care in a private setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery required.
• Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% elective hand, wrist, and elbow surgery for adults and children.
• No trauma call; call limited to the group’s hand surgery patients.
• Participate in clinic and on-site ambulatory surgery center operations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Pursue partnership track within the practice.

Position Highlights

• 100% elective hand, wrist, and elbow surgery - adult and pediatric
• No general orthopedic or trauma call; call limited to the group's own hand surgery patients
• Holiday call on a rotating basis
• Clinic hours 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM; no late clinics
• On-site ambulatory surgery center in the same building as the clinic
• Six Certified Hand Therapists providing integrated in-office therapy
• Experienced ancillary team including radiology tech, cast tech, MAs, and front desk staff
• Partnership track available
• Desirable North Dallas office location

Candidate Requirements

• Medical degree required

• Must hold or be able to obtain Texas medical licensure
