Providence is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide direct patient care through pre and post-operative phases at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the Tri-Cities area. The role requires utilization of the nursing process, coordination with physicians and staff, and advocacy for patients and families.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited nursing program graduation, a Washington RN license on hire, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of Nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care during pre/post operative phases.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver peri-operative care.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and health care team members.
• Act as patient advocate and ensure safe, effective care flow in line with organizational values.
