Job summary

PeaceHealth seeks a Total Joint or Revisionist to join the Medical Group's Orthopedic team in Bellingham, WA, to build a much-needed service for the community. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified MD/DO with Orthopedic residency and fellowship training, committed to developing this new service, and aligning with a collaborative, patient-centered clinic.

Epic EHR is used to coordinate care. Hours follow a 2.5 clinic days and 2 surgery days schedule, with admin time, and a focus on work-life

• Board Certified MD/DO who has completed a Residency in Orthopedics and Fellowship trained.
• Interest in building this new service & practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide total joint or revisionist orthopedic care within the clinic and surgery schedule.
• Schedule will be 2.5 clinic days, 2 surgery days, Admin time.
• See patients in clinic and in the Rapid Access Clinic; coordinate with Sports Medicine physician.

Practice Highlights

• Dedicated space in clinic; across the street from St. Joseph Medical Center
• Positive, supportive culture with focus on work/life balance for providers and staff
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Schedule will be 2.5 clinic days, 2 surgery days, Admin time
• Consults within the clinic practice, the Sports Medicine (MSK) physician and Rapid Access Clinic
