About the Group

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established, physician-led orthopedic practice in Durango, Colorado!

Established multi-specialty orthopedic practice serving the community for more than 25 years. Strong referral network and loyal patient base. Physician-led team with experienced clinical and administrative support. Access to a surgical hospital, ambulatory surgery center, advanced imaging, and robotic reconstruction technology. Opportunity to build and grow a Total Joint program with significant autonomy.

About the Role

• Perform primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasty using evidence-based techniques
• Evaluate and manage patients with degenerative joint disease and related conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, nursing, rehabilitation, and care coordination
• Participate in shared call coverage and inpatient rounding
• Help expand the Total Joint service line while building strong relationships with referring providers and the local medical community

Background

MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency. Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint preferred. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Eligible for Colorado medical licensure. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
