Job summary

Memorial Hospital - Chattanooga is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a newly established practice in the TN/GA market. You will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, diagnosing, treating, and managing diverse patient needs within a physician-led, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Tennessee and Georgia.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of post-residency experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures across a wide range of general orthopedic surgeries.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a comprehensive array of conditions for diverse patient needs.
• Maintain patient-centered care with empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and safety focus.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation staff for seamless care.
• Maintain robust medical documentation and participate in a 1-in-7 call rotation.
• Engage in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development.
