Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a high-volume private practice in southern Oregon to recruit an experienced General, Sports Medicine, or Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon. The team includes 6 orthopedic surgeons, 6 first-assist PAs, a podiatrist, a physiatrist, and seasoned staff.

The opportunity involves 2 clinic days and 2 OR days weekly, with base salary plus productivity bonuses and call pay. Sign-on and relocation assistance are offered, and a future partnership track may include buy-in

Qualifications

• Experienced orthopedic surgeon with focus in general, sports medicine or total joint surgery.
• Ability to work in a high-volume private practice.
• Strong patient care and operative skills required.

Responsibilities

• 2 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR per week.
• Participate in call coverage and team-based care.
• Potential partnership track with possible buy-in in the clinic and surgery center.
