Curative is seeking an MD/DO board-certified orthopedic surgeon for long-term locum coverage in Michigan. The role blends inpatient and outpatient duties, including general orthopedics and Level 2 trauma call, with rounds, consults, and emergent cases.

Expect full-time schedule with 10–11 call days per month; call shifts 7am–7am. Michigan license is required, or LOQ under IMLC while waiting for licensure. BLS is required. Clinic support is provided; no supervision required.

Qualifications

• Must be MD or DO licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Michigan license or LOQ via IMLC acceptable while waiting for licensure.
• BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-scope orthopedic surgery coverage in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Handle Level 2 trauma center call including consults, rounding, and emergent cases.
• Support ED/ER coverage and follow-ups from call; clear collaboration with APPs.
