The role offers leadership opportunities as senior surgeons transition toward retirement, flexible clinic and OR scheduling, and a comprehensive compensation package including a base guarantee and recruitment incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgical care across General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Fracture Care, Lower Extremity Procedures, and Joint Replacement (preferred, not required).
• Collaborate with APPs and fellow physicians; assume leadership as senior surgeons transition toward retirement.
• Support flexible clinic and OR scheduling and pursue subspecialty interests as needed.
