SpineSearch LLC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing Pain & Spine practice in Palm Beach County, Florida. The role combines clinical and surgical duties with access to an established infrastructure and a robust referral network.

Compensation includes a base salary plus a percentage of collections, with opportunities for partnership and to buy into an affiliated surgery center, supported by PA staff as practice ramps up.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for or currently holding a Florida medical license.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and surgical responsibilities at affiliated surgery center and hospitals.
• Call coverage varies by hospital and privileges; PA support provided.
