Responsibilities

• Build a busy General ORS or Sports Medicine practice with available surgical volume and OR capacity.
• Unique ownership of a full hospital - not simply an ambulatory surgery center - providing greater autonomy and control over their surgical environment.
• Established patient pipeline generated through orthopedic urgent care, multiple clinics, APP providers, and significant investment in marketing.
• New surgeons are not expected to compete with senior partners for cases - the practice is specifically structured to provide cases and support physician growth.
• Flexible compensation philosophy with salary and production-based options designed to reward physicians who build a productive practice.
