Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training preferred for Sports Medicine or Adult Reconstruction candidates.
• Washington State medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Interest in serving a diverse and active patient population.
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice clinicians.
• Develop a practice aligned with the physician's clinical interests and expertise.
• Share general orthopedic call with the collegial orthopedic team.
• Leverage a strong referral network supported by Swedish primary care and specialty physicians.
