The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Russellville, AL, to recruit an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing surgical practice serving a diverse patient population.

You will join a well-supported department with a high volume of trauma and general orthopedic cases, and opportunities to sub-specialize based on your interests. Expect a collaborative team and strong referrals from hospital clinics.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active and unrestricted Alabama medical license.
• Prior experience delivering comprehensive orthopedic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Perform general orthopedic and trauma procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical, clinical, and support teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in an on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays.
