Job summary

Revere Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery to join our premier Orthopedics department in Utah. You will deliver comprehensive foot and ankle care and perform a broad range of procedures to restore function and quality of life.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll contribute to value-based medicine in a physician-led system, participating in meetings, quality initiatives, and a robust referral

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Valid medical license to practice in Utah or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of foot and ankle procedures including trauma, reconstruction, deformity correction, and arthroscopy.
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for acute injuries and chronic foot/ankle conditions.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and primary care providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage with the local medical community to maintain and grow a strong referral network.

Essential Job Functions

Perform a broad range of foot and ankle surgical procedures, including trauma, reconstruction, deformity correction, and arthroscopy.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute injuries, chronic conditions, and degenerative disorders of the foot and ankle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care, aligning with Revere Health’s commitment to value-based medicine and improved health outcomes.
• Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage with the local medical community to maintain and grow a strong patient referral network.
