Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the Chicago area seeks a BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to join a high-volume, growth-oriented practice. You will handle a full case load across sports medicine, joint replacement, spine, and more, with access to EPIC EMR and a path toward equity and partnership.

You’ll contribute to protocol development, participate in research, and play a role in building referral networks and community presence.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Orthopedics; Illinois license or eligibility required.
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, high-throughput orthopedic practice.
• Strong focus on outcomes, efficiency, and sustainable unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume casework across subspecialties (sports medicine, joint replacement, spine, etc.).
• Help shape clinical protocols with a data-obsessed team.
• Engage in research and product development opportunities for advancing the field.
• Take on team physician roles with external institutions; contribute to practice-building through referrals and partnerships.
