Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join Parkland Health Center in Farmington, Missouri. You will work a 40-hour week in a multi-specialty clinic with four ORs and EPIC EMR, sharing call in a 1:4 rotation and partnering with two experienced surgeons.

There is a $50,000 signing bonus, $20,000 relocation, up to $100,000 in student loan reimbursement, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. J1 visa sponsorship via DRA is available.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in practicing specialty.
• Doctorate (MD/DO) required.

Responsibilities

• Manages medical care of patient panel including inpatient rounds or arranging coverage.
• Collaborates with patients and care team to ensure excellent outcomes at clinic sites.
• Performs and documents histories and physicals in the medical record.
• Provides or arranges call coverage in accordance with bylaws and policies.
• Collaborates with and mentors advanced practice providers and care team members.
