Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Adult Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team in Quincy, Illinois. This physician-led group offers a strong referral network and supportive staff, with a focus on high-quality, outpatient-oriented care.

The anticipated base compensation ranges from $750,000 to $850,000, with productivity bonuses, sign-on opportunities, relocation assistance, loan repayment, CME allowances, and potential profit sharing.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $750,000 - $850,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $800,000 - $1,300,000.
