Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic program in a collaborative multispecialty environment. The role offers broad-based orthopedic care with autonomy within a supportive medical group.

You will help shape pathways and patient experiences while working with a strong leadership team in a system with extensive community impact. The position includes a competitive package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABOS board certification or eligibility.
• Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois licenses.
• Broad clinical and surgical skills in general orthopedics.
• Strong communication and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general orthopedic care including acute injuries and elective procedures.
• Share evening and weekend call (1:8) as part of a collaborative team.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care with ED, primary care, anesthesia and rehab teams.
