Job Summary and Responsibilities

As anAdult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeonat Capital Orthopedics in Sacramento, you will join a highly regarded, established practice in Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA, renowned for its excellent patient care. This is a uniquecareer opportunityoffering a path topartnership and/or ownership, allowing you to build an autonomous practice with unlimited earnings potential. We are actively seeking aboard-certified orthopedic surgeonwith a focus ontotal jointsto leverage our robust referral base and state-of-the-arts facilities.

Every day you will perform complexadult reconstructive surgeriesutilizing advanced technologies like daVinci Xi, X, and Mako surgical systems. You will benefit from dedicated block surgical time at our affiliate hospital and outpatient surgery center, supported by a full range of surgical services and comprehensive radiology. This role provides ample opportunity toflex your entrepreneurial musclesand contribute to a thriving community, all while enjoying flexible call schedules and robust mentoring.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional surgical skills intotal joint replacement, a strong commitment to patient care, and a desire for practice autonomy. Job Requirements

Required

  • Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)
  • Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic surgery
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • 0+ years post training practice experience
  • Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a strong understanding of orthopedic issues
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

Preferred

  • Minimun of 2 years post training practice experience
  • Fellowship trained in adult reconstruction
  • Robotic training and experience
