Job summary

United Memorial Medical Center seeks a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon to provide general orthopedic care, perform advanced and minimally invasive procedures, and help grow community-based services. Work with a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative setting.

New York licensure or eligibility is required. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, performing surgical procedures, and using imaging to guide treatment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• New York State license or eligibility to practice in NY
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Use imaging and diagnostic tools to guide evidence-based treatment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physiatrists, physical therapists, and pain management specialists.
• Develop programs and expand community-based orthopedic outreach.
• Contribute to the growth of the orthopedic department and quality of patient care.
