Job summary

The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawai'i is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a premier spine program and teach within the University of Hawai'i Orthopedic Residency Program. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality spine care within a Level I Trauma Center and a collaborative orthopedic/neurosurgical team.

You will join a well-established spine team with access to advanced surgical technology, strong clinical support, and a diverse case mix including complex spine and trauma

Qualifications

• Must be a board-certified/board-eligible MD/DO.
• Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
• Unrestricted Hawai'i medical license or ability to obtain.
• 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary spine program and contribute to patient care.
• Teach as faculty for the University of Hawai'i Orthopedic Residency Program.
• Manage an 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient spine surgery mix.
• Participate in approximately 250–300 surgical cases annually.
