There is currently no spine surgeon on staff, providing immediate case volume and opportunities to build a high-volume program. The role emphasizes OR time with strong hospital support, APRs, and a broad referral network to sustain growth.

Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.

Opportunity Highlights

• No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand
• Immediate case volume
• ASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as needed
• Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians
• Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs
• Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons
• Emphasis on OR time over clinic time
• Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists
• 8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors
• No OB services—no emergency C-section disruptions

Compensation

• Up to $800K Base salary—earning potential 1M+
• 2 year guarantee then % of collections. ~50%
• Up to 50K Sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
