AMN Healthcare is seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon for a fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas. Start ASAP with a base up to 800,000 and potential to reach 1.5M with collections.

The role emphasizes OR time, with strong referral networks and support from APPs, hospitalists, and intensivists. Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon eligible for medical licensure in Arkansas.
• Proven experience performing complex spine procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform spine surgeries with emphasis on OR time.
• Manage approximately 10 days of on-call per month.
• Collaborate with APPs, hospitalists, and intensivists.
• Utilize ASC when feasible to support volumes.
• Develop and grow high-volume spine program with referrals.

Job Description & Requirements

Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.

Opportunity Highlights

• No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand
• Immediate case volume
• ASC to be utilized whenever possible
• Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians
• Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs
• Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons
• Emphasis on OR time over clinic time
• Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists
• 8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors
• No OB services - no emergency C-section disruptions

Compensation

• Up to $800K Base salary - earning potential 1.5M
• 2 year guarantee then % of collections. Average 50%
• 50K Sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
