Lakeland Regional Health seeks an Orthopedic Spine surgeon to join our team in Lakeland, Florida. This role focuses on delivering expert, patient-centered spine care within a large, multi-specialty system in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus opportunity for production incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and committed work-life balance in a community between Tampa and Orlando.
