- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including EMR platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Participate in New Grad Mentorship Program with structured phases and mentorship.
- Engage in leadership development and mentorship to progress toward leadership roles.
