Job summary

HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) in Narberth, PA seeks a Clinical Rehabilitation Operations Manager – Outpatient Orthopedics to lead our client’s outpatient rehab program while maintaining a clinical caseload.

You will mentor therapists, oversee scheduling and quality of care, partner with orthopedic physicians, and drive operational improvements to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a physician-led practice.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Leadership/management experience preferred, or demonstrated readiness to lead.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of an outpatient PT department while maintaining a clinical caseload.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop therapists and support staff.
• Promote patient outcomes through evidence-based treatment and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Monitor productivity, scheduling, and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and clinical standards.
• Assist with strategic planning and department growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Foster a patient-centered culture built on teamwork and clinical excellence.
