Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited two-year radiologic technology program or equivalent military training.
• Completion of coursework required for appropriate state licensure and certification(s) (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff with radiographs and patient positioning.
• Follow radiology requisitions and views and ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Provide training/supervision to student technologists as needed.
• Assist with EMR documentation and related tasks.
• Stock supplies and manage radiation protection measures.
