Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH) in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You’ll collaborate with top surgeons and clinicians to deliver evidence-based care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic setting.

This role offers ongoing clinical development via MedBridge, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active CT PT license or temporary license.
• New graduates with orthopedic clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgeries, and injuries.
• Collaborate with OAH physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, hand therapy, osteoporosis, and work-related injuries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and contribute to a patient-first environment.
