Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Treat a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients, with a slight majority of the caseload focused on inpatient care at Kane County Hospital.
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with dedicated 1:1 patient time.
• Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care).
• Build plans of care that match your clinical style.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports-focused teammates, and local medical partners.
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care.
