Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Physical Therapist for General Orthopedics in Fishers, IN. The role requires an Indiana PT license, a BS in Physical Therapy, and experience in General Outpatient Orthopedics.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and participate in education and interdisciplinary activities. The position is full-time in Fishers with day shifts and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit.
• Previous experience in General Outpatient Orthopedics. New graduate Physical Therapist eligible.
• Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy concepts and techniques.
• Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supply items without restriction.
• Effective communication with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Interpret results of initial evaluation and determine appropriate patient goals and treatment plan.
• Modify treatment plan as needed and utilize appropriate treatment techniques.
• Participate in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students and inter-disciplinary program planning.
• Establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning and positive patient outcomes.
