Job summary

True North Medical Institute in Pahrump, NV is seeking a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. This full-time role focuses on high-quality care for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, with a patient-centered approach and strong emphasis on professional development.

You will evaluate and treat, educate, and collaborate with referring providers, in a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Nevada.
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in treating orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions; EMR experience.
• OCS certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and regular reassessments to track progress.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans addressing patient needs.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy, exercise progressions, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with referring providers for coordinated, effective care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
