Qualifications

• DPT, MPT/MSPT, or BPT/BSPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or eligible for) Wisconsin Physical Therapy license.
• Commitment to 1-on-1, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1-on-1 orthopedic care with 7–9 patients per day.
• Participate in mentorship and residency program development.
• Utilize AI scribe tools to optimize documentation during work hours.
