Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Missouri.
• DPT degree required.
• Cyriax-based advanced manual therapy certification or enrollment with Dec 2027 completion date.
• Minimum five years of orthopedic clinical and outpatient administrative experience.
• Evidence of a research agenda and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic instruction in the PT curriculum with focus on orthopedic evaluation and treatment.
• Supervise and mentor students in clinical and laboratory settings.
• Assist in curricular development and promotion of student development of critical thinking.
• Engage in scholarly activities beyond teaching and contribute to departmental and university service.
• Contribute to program development and clinical education initiatives.
• Support high-impact practices to enhance student retention and success.
