• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy and eligibility for reimbursement under insurance plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and word processing.
• Adaptable in varied patient care approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs, ensuring to address both short-term and long-term therapeutic goals.
• Design, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies encompassing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize various rehabilitation tools and technology, including therapeutic exercise equipment and software documentation systems, to track progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, providing detailed reports to facilitate effective communication among the healthcare team and adjustments in care approaches.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, encourage compliance, and advise on preventive care techniques.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and share best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in educational workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging with professional associations to enhance your clinical skills.
