HealthCare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Hopkinton, MA clinic. The role emphasizes orthopedic care, teamwork, and patient-focused treatment plans. Flexible scheduling and a strong, collaborative environment are offered.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited PT degree, MA license, and ideally 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic experience. A supportive team and ample growth opportunities are provided in a thriving outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred).
• MA PT license required.
• 1+ years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review health histories and exam patients; review medical records/imaging and reason for visit.
• Develop and implement PT treatment programs based on patient needs.
• Instruct exercises, modern modalities, and activities of daily living.
• Educate patients on recovery, plan maintenance, and home exercises.
• Document progress notes and patient responses in charts after visits.
• Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Create a positive patient experience with a friendly, focused attitude.
