St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the COSM outpatient orthopedics team in a state-of-the-art facility. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care in a collaborative orthopedic environment and support professional growth through internal education opportunities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and opportunities for board certification, with Medbridge access and a balanced workload. Clinic hours run Monday through Friday from 7AM to 6PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice
• BLS certification (through AIHA/ASHE/ARC) required

Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient-centered care within an orthopedic therapy environment
• Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Commitment to professional growth and mentorship
• Robust internal clinical education opportunities
• Support for APTA Board Certification or other specialization
• Medbridge subscription
• Balanced workload with protected documentation time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, clinic hours 7AM–6PM
