Job summary

UW Health Beaver Dam in Wisconsin is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a team-based, patient-centered setting.

You will support general orthopedics and hand/upper-extremity services, assist with casting, X-ray and in the OR, and participate in inpatient rounding and clinic follow ups. This 1.0 FTE role requires Wisconsin licensure, board certification, and DEA licensing or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license in Wisconsin and board certification in area of clinical practice (NP track).
• Active PA license in Wisconsin and PA board certification (PA track).
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to or upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care through a team-based, patient-centered approach.
• Support general orthopedics and hand/upper extremity, joint revision, and foot/ankle surgery services.
• Assist with casting and X-ray.
• Assist in the OR and participate in IP rounding and clinic follow ups.

Education

Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing

Bachelor’s or Master’s in PA
