Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT/MS) to join an established outpatient orthopedic practice in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on one-on-one patient care in orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries, with opportunities to mentor students.

New graduates are welcome. The schedule offers 4- or 5-day workweeks, 40 hours, onsite only, no weekends or on-call, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), productivity incentive, and continuing

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in Physical Therapy is required.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy License is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Outpatient affiliation or experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-management skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients through physician referral or direct access.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Provide approximately 40 minutes of one-on-one patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Mentor physical therapy students and support clinical training.
