Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist to work at our Lancaster, PA clinics. You will treat patients across ages and diagnoses with individualized, patient-centered sessions, under mentorship and with opportunities for autonomy and growth.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a bi-weekly clinician bonus and a $5k sign-on bonus. We offer a collaborative culture with mentorship and world-class care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clinical autonomy and growth.
