Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with active RN licensure.
• One year of relevant orthopedic nursing experience preferred.
• In case of license inactivity >5 years, refresher course and reinstatement required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-surgical nursing care for orthopedic and spine patients.
• Manage pain and educate patients about recovery and safety.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in a well-equipped unit.
