• Performs delegated medical interventions and procedures as needed.
• Writes assessments, progress notes and orders in the medical record.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures related to direct patient care.
• Interprets laboratory, respiratory, and radiology data for the chart.
• Collaborates with family regarding hospitalization and discharge planning.
• Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings to plan care.
• Maintains professional communication with patients and families.
