Job summary

ACF Management seeks a reliable Medical Delivery Driver to deliver orthopaedic surgical products, medical instrumentation, and equipment to hospitals and surgical facilities. You will prepare, load, and transport items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to manage schedules, coordinate with facilities, and maintain delivery records. On-call rotations and overtime may be required.

• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible hours including overtime, evenings, and on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up orthopedic surgical products, instrumentation sets, and medical equipment at hospitals and surgical facilities.
• Prepare, organize, load, unload, and secure products for transportation.
• Verify accuracy of surgical instrumentation sets and sterile-packed kits before delivery and upon return.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with warehouse, Sales Representatives, and healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory documentation.
• Assist with warehouse inventory, cycle counts, product tracking, and organization.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate delivery issues or scheduling changes promptly.
• Follow assigned routes, transportation procedures, and vehicle safety requirements.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Participate in required on-call rotation and work overtime as business needs require.
