The Physicians' Group in North Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support a busy hand/wrist/elbow surgeon. Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, accurate documentation in the EHR, and processing referrals and prescriptions.

Bracing and casting as ordered by the physician, plus front and back office duties help keep the clinic running efficiently. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or major holidays.

Competenze

• RMA Certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Epic EHR a plus.
• Orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Worker's Compensation knowledge is a plus.
• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED) required.

Mansioni

• Assist provider with rooming, interviewing, taking vitals, documenting in EHR, and processing referrals/prescriptions.
• Brace and cast as ordered by physician.
• Maintain fast-paced clinic operations; reliable, self-motivated, with strong people skills; able to work front and back office as needed.
• Perform triage, scheduling, authorizations; keep exam rooms cleaned/restocked; other duties as assigned.
