Job summary

MercyOne Bettendorf is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) to support orthopedic care. The role involves patient preparation, vital signs, documentation, and basic clinical procedures, contributing to a smooth patient flow.

You will assist physicians, coordinate patient visits, maintain accurate medical records, and help provide a positive patient experience. Day shift, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site in Bettendorf, IA.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, collect vital signs, document findings, and perform basic clinical procedures.
