Qualifications

• Experience working in a team environment and managing facilitation.
• Must have unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oregon.
• Additional certifications may be required based on privileges granted.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians in a range of orthopedic surgeries.
• Rounds in the hospital on orthopedic patients as needed.
• Documents all patient care in compliance with health system policies.

Skills

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Experience using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software

Ability to collaboratively work in a team environment

Education

Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner course

Current BLS certification

Current ACLS certification
