Job summary

MD West ONE is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgeon in Omaha, Nebraska to replace a retiring partner. The ideal candidate will focus on hand, wrist, elbow, and/or shoulder surgery and join a 25-surgeon team within a collaborative private practice.

The opportunity offers partnership within 1–2 years, access to a private specialty surgical hospital, and a strong community with an established patient base and referrals. Licensing in NE/IA is expected.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Hand fellowship completed by 2026.
• Eligible for Nebraska and Iowa licensure.
• Willingness to share call coverage and regional outreach.

Responsibilities

• Replace retiring partner and contribute to a growing practice.
• Manage a high-volume hand, wrist, elbow, and/or shoulder surgery load.
