Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Columbia, MO seeks a Clinical Specialist to support both robotic Mako and manual orthopedic procedures. You will assist with pre-operative planning, case preparation, OR setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience with Mako CT planning, sizing, and registration while building skills in instrumentation and OR protocols. The role includes on-call coverage evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with professional experience options.
• Clinical experience in OR settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-operating room support for robotic and manual orthopedic procedures.
• Assist with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support full case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room and coordinate with teams.
