Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of graduation.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in orthopedics or related specialties is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care by educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
