Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative

Position Overview: The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals within their territory, building customer relations, and maintaining expert knowledge of Arthrex products. Responsibilities include consulting surgeons, developing sales strategies, and maintaining compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales objectives in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Communicate product updates and educational programs.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage new product introductions and address account issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and company policies.
• Participate in training, meetings, and industry events.
• Maintain physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures, terminology, and protocols.
• Ability to learn technical information related to surgery.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
